"The rooftop was spectacular! Being able to relax on it with a bottle of wine and my family was the perfect end to the day. Just be aware as with many older buildings the steps are steep. So for the mature travelers it is just something to be aware of. The hosts were brilliant too. They messaged to check that everything was alright and remind us that they were available if we needed anything. But what was most incredible was that the apartment was stocked with the essentials, not just toilet paper, but salt, olive oil, sugar, laundry soap, coffee, tea & others. Arriving late in the day, it was great not having to rush out to the store for those. It was a thoughtful extra that really made us feel at home. The property is secure and well- maintained. The appliances in good condition. And the decor throughout was wonderful. Oh, and the AC was great."

"We loved this apartment! It was wonderful. It was very spacious and had a bonus terrace we were not expecting. We wished we could have stayed longer here. I used the washing machine and there was a hanging rack to air dry my clothes. The apartment had everything we needed. It was fun decor and had a lot of space for eating, relaxing, and in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was in a residential area very close to all the things we wanted to do. There is a chicken restaurant on the same street and it was wonderful for a take away dinner. They were very friendly and open late. The food was great, and they had pizza, hamburgers and kabob also. Avignon was a clean and wonderful city. We really liked it. I would definitely go back!"

"My travel companions said the towels had a slight mildew smell. That was not my experience though. My towel smelled fine. Having to download an app to get in the main door was complicated since I am a foreigner and did not have internet. Thankfully, I was able to use my travel companion's wifi to be able to open the door."
